By using the Quick 11 service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Quick 11 provides a delivery service where we purchase items at store prices on your behalf and deliver them to your specified location. We act as your agent in making these purchases.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. You must ensure that the items you request are available at the specified store.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for items is based on the current store prices at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through our secure payment gateway. All applicable taxes and fees will be included in the final price.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and methods are subject to change and will be communicated to you prior to delivery. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or store closures.

6. Order Payment

.When you place an order,you’re acknowledged that you will pay the receipt balance plus 25 HKD delivery fees to the deliverer either by cash or FPS transfer 

7. Refunds and Returns

we do not accept refund or returns.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong
